The Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate a vendor for any reason. Refunds are not available due to cancellation, as the Spring Carnival will take place, rain or shine.
Sharing booths is permitted but you may only display items that are noted in the description below and we require contact details for all participating organizations.
Vendors are required to provide their own pop-ups, tables, display set-ups and chairs. There is NO electricity available.
Setup must be completed before 9:30am day-of and tear down before 10pm is prohibited. You may unload your merchandise in the park from a vehicle, but all vehicles need to be parked off-site by 9:30am and are not
allowed on park grounds until after 10pm. All left-over merchandise is to be cleaned up.
There is an additional $50 refundable deposit. Vendors who fail to clean their space adequately will forfeit their deposit.
