2017 Vendor Application

  • All booths need to be staffed from 10am to 10pm. Please contact us for larger booth options
  • The Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate a vendor for any reason. Refunds are not available due to cancellation, as the Spring Carnival will take place, rain or shine.

    Sharing booths is permitted but you may only display items that are noted in the description below and we require contact details for all participating organizations.

    Vendors are required to provide their own pop-ups, tables, display set-ups and chairs. There is NO electricity available.

    Setup must be completed before 9:30am day-of and tear down before 10pm is prohibited. You may unload your merchandise in the park from a vehicle, but all vehicles need to be parked off-site by 9:30am and are not allowed on park grounds until after 10pm. All left-over merchandise is to be cleaned up.

    There is an additional $50 refundable deposit. Vendors who fail to clean their space adequately will forfeit their deposit.

  • I, the undersigned, do hereby release the Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce and LA City Parks/Recs and their event coordinators, servants, assigns and employees harmless of any and all liability from negligence, property damage, injury or death resulting from the acts of anyone on behalf of the producers. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless each and every producer and representative of the producers as named herein resulting from negligence, property damage, injury or death caused by me or anyone under my direct control. Absolutely No Alcohol may be sold or distributed.
